SALES. CONVERSION.
two words that you can hear in almost every second in my working place…
if my stats would be the basis, i havent embraced those words yet with a very open and welcoming arms …
i had my ups and downs in this current account…
i had my fairshare of hearing the "good job", "bawi" et al phrases…
i had kudos as well…
i wasnt able to pass the first month and i had a good start this month, yes a good start and now i’m back at the pinklist…
i dont know if it affects my daily conversion but i dont want to welcome that idea… i want that pinklist idea to be my sole reason to perform well enough not just for the team but for myself as well…
but how can i perform well when the name of the game is UNFAIR?
as i said a relaunch for my blog…
from now on, this blog will be known as
TRACKER - my EOD, WTD, MTD happening
ok, this is so obvious for my current coworkers. for the benefits of everyone…
well, again this is once again based on my current account… we do use paper TRACKER to record our sales… with this, we would be able to know our END-OF-DATE, WEEK-TO-DATE, and MONTH-TO-DATE conversion status…
